I like cream soups--true comfort food for me. But usually they are made with cream or milk and flour to thicken them. If you are wanting not to eat so much of these that's a problem. This could also be used as a sandwich spread, but mostly I like to put it on crackers or a baguette. WARNING: as hard as I try to eat this mindfully, it's easy to scarf down and hard to stop eating! :) --Christina
