Pistachio Grape Salad

Celery for crunch, grapes for bursts of juice, and pistachios for pizazz---this easy salad is inspired!

Ingredients: 

4 celery stalks, chopped
¾ cup grapes, sliced in half
79 ml1/3 cup shelled salted pistachios, roughly chopped
79 ml1/3 cup mayonnaise (I used Smart Balance)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions: 

Combine celery, grapes, pistachios, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to coat and refrigerate until ready to serve.
