This could also be used as a sandwich spread, but mostly I like to put it on crackers or a baguette. WARNING: as hard as I try to eat this mindfully, it's easy to scarf down and hard to stop eating! :) --Christina
450 g 1 pound firm tofu
120 ml1/2 cup soy mayo (Veganaise works really well)
2 stalks celery
4 TBS nutritional yeast
2 ml1/2 tsp prepared mustard
2 ml1/2 tsp salt
5 ml1 tsp onion powder
5 ml1 tsp garlic powder
Drain and press the tofu. Mash it up with a fork or your fingers until it's crumbly. Add the soy mayo and mix well. Dump in all the other ingredients and mix it up really well. Eat it right away because life is too short for chilling!
