This easy supper can be made with any veggies that lend themselves to a stir-fry.
one recipe Golden Sauce
Any veggies in any amount, chopped, such as:
garlic
mushrooms
zucchini
tomatoes
cooked potatoes
broccoli
cauliflower
carrots
scallions/onions
bell peppers
greens
sprouts
First prepare the Golden Sauce and keep warm.
Using a medium-hot skillet, stir-fry the veggies in a little olive oil and tamari and other items to taste, such as sesame oil, salt and pepper, herbs, nuts and seeds.
Serve hot, topped with Golden Sauce. This may also be served over rice or bulgur for a heartier meal.
