Walnut Sauce

A simple, delicious, and versatile sauce to pour over grains or veggies or use as a salad dressing.

Ingredients: 

240 ml 1 c. walnuts
2 or more garlic cloves
30 ml2 T. tamari
120 ml1/2 c. water or more

Instructions: 

Combine the walnuts, garlic, and tamari in a food processor. Gradually add the water to the desired consistency.
