Cranberry Relish

This easy, raw, and nutritious relish is delicious. Linda made this for our Fall 2018 Portland Potluck.

Major Ingredients:

Homemade Cheesy Sauce Mix

A handy mix to have on hand when you want a nearly-instant cheesy sauce. I began with Miyoko Schinner's DIY Box Macaroni and Cheese recipe, which was intended to appeal to children. I changed the proportions, left out the sugar, and added some cayenne for a grown-up version.

Major Ingredients:

Applesauce Vinaigrette

A robust, tangy oil-free dressing for your salad or veggie burger.

Major Ingredients:

Turkish Eggplant Dip

Lea brought this delicious dip to the Spring potluck in Portland. It was great on her easy home made five seed crackers.

Major Ingredients:

Pumpkin Hummus

A tasty dip or spread for the autumn season. Steven made this for our Fall Potluck.

I make it and eat it all the time because it is so delicious. I always double the recipe because I am able to use it as a sauce/condiment with so many dishes. It just makes everything better! --- Donna
