A very tasty dressing. This was part of a recipe for kale salad (Kale Salad with Lemon Miso Dressing) but we found it works well on other salads too. This makes enough for several green salads. I bet it would be good on steamed veggies, too. Let me know if you try that!
89 ml 3/8 c. lemon juice
59 ml1/4 c. miso
59 ml1/4 c. nutritional yeast
30 ml2 T. tahini
59 ml1/4 c. water
Whisk together. Use right away or refrigerate.
