Raw Cinnamon Rolls

They really do taste like cinnamon rolls!

Ingredients: 

ground almonds

240 ml1 c. raw walnuts
120 ml1/2 c. raisins (packed)
120 ml1/2 c. pitted dates (or substitute more raisins)
15 ml1 T. cinnamon
1 ml1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1.4 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions: 

Grind some almonds in the food processor and set aside. You will be rolling the balls in this to make them easier to handle.

Place the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and blend until sticky enough to form balls but crumbly enough to have some texture.

Form the mixture into one-inch balls and then roll each ball in the ground almonds. Store in the refrigerator.
