Marjorie
Here is the delicious dip Marjorie served at the sangha holiday gathering in December.
240 ml 1 c. cannellini beans (still moist with liquid reserved)
2 garlic cloves, peeled, or however many to taste
l/4 c. virgin olive oil
salt
black pepper to taste
fresh lemon juice to taste
10 ml2 tsp ground cumin, to taste
Combine all in a food processor, fine tuning as you go. Serve with crackers or raw veggies.
