Kidney Bean Burgers


Christel made it up!

A quick and easy burger invention.


2 cans kidney beans (15 oz each)
tomato ketchup to taste
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
kofte spice mix ( bought in a Turkish shop )
some salt to taste


With these ingredients I mixed the burger-dough, formed patties, spread some curry-ketchup
or simple tomato ketchup or mustard on them and baked them at 375 Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

Makes 9-12 burgers


I liked the different look and taste of the burgers just by ketchup and mustard.
My daughters favourites were the curryketchup-burgers.
