GF Crumb Crust

A tasty, gluten-free alternative to a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients: 

350 ml 1 & 1/2 c. walnuts or other nuts
120 ml1/2 c. pitted medjool dates

Instructions: 

Grind the nuts in a food processor. Add the dates and process until sticky. Press into pie plate.

Notes: 

If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water awhile and drain before using.
