Faith's Blender Breakfast



A creative approach to breakfast.


Combine in a blender to taste:
Organic rice milk (probably could substitute soy, almond or oat milk)
1 T. (or more) raw almond butter
1/2 banana
shredded coconut (I get the big pieces and grind some in my seed mill
then toss in blender)

Try adding a little oat bran for fiber or ground flax seed for EFA's
and fiber.
