Vitamix cookbook, sent by Maryjane
A smoothie with everything: greens, fruit, almond milk and chocolate!
170 g 6 oz. unsweetened almond mik
110 g4 oz. pomegranate juice
170 g6 oz. baby spinach
1 frozen banana
dates (or date paste) to taste
44 ml3 T. raw cacao powder
470 ml2 c. frozen blueberries
Combine everything in a blender and serve. For a finishing touch, sprinkle some cacao nibs on top.
