Pumpkin Pie

A tofu-based pumpkin pie with all the traditional flavors.

Ingredients: 

1 & 1/2 pkg. Mori-Nu silken tofu (about 18 ounces)
160 ml2/3 c. honey or other sweetener ( I used agave syrup)
430 g15 oz. mashed pumpkin
5 ml1 tsp. vanilla
5 ml1 tsp. cinnamon
1 ml1/4 tsp. ginger
1 ml1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 ml1/4 tsp. cloves

Instructions: 

Blend the ingredients together in a food processor. Pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes
