Delicious and tempting tempeh panini, tastes as good as it looks.
1/2 avocado, mashed
15 ml1 T. tamari
5 ml1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard (or to taste)
2 drops liquid smoke (or to taste)
2 ml1/2 tsp. lemon juice
few minced black olives
110 g4 oz. tempeh marinated in a little soy sauce
2 thinly sliced tomatoes
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Slice the marinated tempeh horizontally and place on bread.
Spread the sauce over the tempeh along with 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
Place on grill pan until nicely browned.
