Very Easy Pickled Veggies

An easy way to pickle veggies to use on salads, sandwiches, pizza, or whatever.

Ingredients: 

red onion, radish, or red cabbage
vinegar (white or rice vinegar suggested)

Instructions: 

Slice the veggies or dice them. Put them in a jar and add vinegar until the veggies are completely covered. Then put a lid on and store the jar in the refrigerator at least for 24 hours, better three days, before first eating. Hello Nutritarian writes, that you can keep them at least for 14 days in the fridge.
