Strawberry Mojito Sorbet

Susan brought this delicious, refreshing dessert to our summer potluck.


240 ml 1 c. pineapple juice
15 ml1 T. lime juice
450 g1 lb. frozen strawberries
240 ml1 c. fresh mint
a hint of agave nectar


I put the ingredients in the blender till smooth. Because the strawberries are frozen, The sorbet comes out soft frozen. The recipe says to put the mix in the freezer and stir it a couple of times till it is to your liking. To save time and effort, I put my mix in the ice cream freezer and it got nice and firm in about 10 minutes. Also I added about 3 tablespoons of agave to the mix, which was not part of the original recipe. ---Susan
