I developed this recipe on June 16, 2012 -- fresh raspberries were coming in, and I still had lots of frozen ones from last year!---Linda
950 ml 4 cups frozen raspberries
240 ml1 cup lite coconut milk
1 ripe banana
1 ml1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
In Vitamix, start on low speed and use pusher to push raspberries into the blades. Slowly raise speed to high and run just until blended. Best served immediately.
