Laura's Chia Pudding

This novel chocolate pudding, somewhat like tapioca in texture, is made with nutritious little chia seeds that absorb 12 times their weight in water. Laura brought this tasty, healthy dessert to our summer potluck in 2011.

Ingredients: 

59 ml 1/4 c. chia seeds
180 ml3/4 c. non-dairy milk
30 ml2 T. cocoa powder
5 ml1 t. sweetener (maple syrup/agave/brown rice syrup)
2 ml1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions: 

Mix and whisk together in no particular order....perhaps whistle, chant, breathe with delight as 'it' blends .........chill for about 30 minutes (if you can wait that long!) and enjoy! This 'pudding' has a bit of texture to it, but offers all the comforts and 'yums' of a satisfying dessert..........may you eat in happiness
