Kale with Walnut Sauce

A delicious way to get your greens.


one bunch kale, tough stems removed

walnut sauce:
120 ml1/2 c. walnuts,
1 or more cloves garlic
15 ml1 T. tamari
59 ml1/4 c. water


Wash and chop the kale.

Combine the walnuts, garlic and tamari in a food processor and add the water gradually.

Steam the kale about 5 minutes or until soft enough for you. Serve with the walnut sauce.
