A delicious combination of kale and lentils in a lemon-tahini sauce.
Dressing:
30 ml2 T. tahini
30 ml2 T. lemon juice
15 ml1 T. olive oil (optional)
30 ml2 T. water
2 ml1/2 tsp. salt
1 ml1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bunch kale, torn or chopped (10 cups)
350 ml1 & 1/2 c. cooked lentils (or one 15 oz. can, rinsed), heated
Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
Steam the kale and heat the lentils.
Combine the kale and lentils and stir in the dressing.
