A flavored tempeh to enjoy as is or add to other dishes as in Tempeh Noodle Salad
120 ml 1/2 cup orange juice
2 ml1/2 tsp lemon juice
5 ml1 tsp olive oil
5 ml1 tsp organic brown sugar
2 ml1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
5 ml1 tsp tamari
85 g3 oz. tempeh
Combine everything except the tempeh in a small saucepan and cook down until it becomes a syrup. Take the tempeh and coat both sides with glaze. Bronze off in a panini grill until browned. Or could be broiled on both sides.
