Here is an easy way to add flavor to greens. You can keep it plain and have it as a side dish, or add any veggies and serve over rice and/or under Golden Sauce
Any or all of these:
olive oil
sesame oil
tamari
garlic
onion
nuts
seeds
4-8 oz. tofu
sprouts
chopped tomato
And then:
one bunch greens, coarsely chopped: beet greens, spinach, kale, or chard
Saute the first ingredients till hot and somewhat softened. Stir in the greens about 2 minutes until wilted. Serve hot.
