This easy, raw, and nutritious relish is delicious. Linda made this for our Fall 2018 Portland Potluck.
240 ml 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
59 ml1/4 cup medjool dates, pitted and diced
1 apple
1 pear
Put cranberries and date pieces in food processor and pulse to break up the cranberries and mix with the dates. Chop apple and pear into 1/2" cubes. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
