Christel's Banana Apple Maple Cake (GF)



Banana cake made with applesauce and a touch of maple. Christel's daughter especially loves it!


470 ml 2 c. almond flour
240 ml1 c. rice flour
74 ml5 T. maple syrup
120 ml1/2 cup applesauce
2 ripe bananas, mashed
120 ml1/2 cup ricemilk
15 ml1 T. baking powder
10 ml2 tsp. of cinnamon ( more or less )
nutmeg (optional)
raisins, dates, or figs for added sweetness if desired


Preheat oven to 180° Celsius or 356° Fahrenheit
Line a bread pan with parchment paper ( I fix the paper with wooden clothespins and then fill in the dough. Before baking I remove the clothespins.)

Mix all ingredients together with a fork and pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 min.
