Hilary brought this delicious pizza to our autumn potluck in Portland.
Pizza:
Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free pizza mix
Toppings:
230 g8 oz vegan gluten-free cream cheese
230 g8 oz vegan gluten-free mozzarella cheese
180 ml3/4 cup cooked spinach
1 can artichoke hearts
garlic
basil
salt
pepper
Make and bake the pizza shell.
Spread cheesy mixture over the pizza shell.
Bake 400 degrees F for 15-20 min.
Slice into small pieces.
