A refreshing and healthy dessert!
240 ml 1 c. orange juice
1/2 frozen banana
79 ml1/3 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen avocado
cider vinegar (optional)
Combine everything in a blender. Probably the avocado needn't be frozen, especially if the pineapple is. I have a VitaMix and it sounds like a war zone. (I just freeze my avocados to make sure they're not overripe when I want them.)
At times I experiment with adding a bit of organic cider vinegar for tang. It is incredibly luxurious, and the above probably makes 2 reasonable servings, though of course I down the whole thing myself.---Alison

never mind freezing
I tried this without freezing anything and it was fine. It did take me a moment to adjust to the idea of green pudding, but I plunged in and it was delicious!
