A very tasty dressing for potatoes or steamed veggies. It can also be used to make a salad by massaging it into raw kale.
120 ml 1/2 c. almond butter (or other nut butter)
120 ml1/2 c. water
30 ml2 T. fresh lime juice and zest
1 clove garlic
15 ml1 T. tamari
2 pitted dates (soaked if not soft)
pinch of red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
