The Raw Food Gourmet, Gabrielle Chavez, slightly tweaked by Eve
A wonderful sweet-- and nutritious-- dessert topping.
1 & 1/2 c.raw macadamia nuts
120 ml1/2 c. pine nuts
59 ml1/4 c. orange juice
59 ml1/4 c. lemon juice
5 ml1 tsp. vanilla
59 ml1/4 c. honey or agave nectar with stevia extract powder to taste*
sprinkle unrefined salt
Blend in a blender or processor until creamy.
*Stevia is a powerful natural sweetener. If you need extra sweetness, add stevia in very tiny amounts, literally just a pinch.
