Zucchini Noodles with Almond Garlic Sauce

"Just a simple recipe from today for one person"---Christel


1 zucchini ( not a big size one, more small to medium )
15 ml1 tablespoon almond butter
1 garlic clove
vegetable broth
garlic salt


Cut the zucchini into noodle-shape with a spiralizer or use a potato-peeler for cutting the zuchhini in tagliatelle-pieces.

In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic clove carefully first without vegetable broth and then adding tablespoon-amounts of vegetable broth and the tablespoon almond butter until the sauce has a creamy consistency.

Flavor with garlic salt.

Add the zucchini-noodles and warm them a bit.
