Margaret's Broccoli Salad

A crunchy, creamy, tart, sweet broccoli salad. Margaret brought this to our November 2010 potluck.

Ingredients: 

1 head of broccoli, chopped, stems included
1 small can crushed pineapple
15 ml1 T. red onion, minced
1 handful golden raisins or craisins (dried cranberries)

dressing:
120 ml1/2 c. eggless mayonnaise
120 ml1/2 c. Tofutti sour cream (I used Tofutti cream cheese thinned with pineapple juice)
2-3 T. sugar (optional--I omitted)

Instructions: 

Mix the dressing ingredients together, then combine with everything else.
