Chocolate Chip Oat Flour Cookies


Erin Floresca and Christina Norton demonstrated how to make these for the 22 Day Veg Challenge in 2018.

These delicious cookies are easy to make and are every bit as good as the non-vegan versions. They are also gluten free.


240 ml 1 cup vegan margarine
240 ml1 cup organic sugar
240 ml1 cup organic brown sugar
15 ml3 teaspoons Ener G Egg Replacer
89 ml6 tablespoons water
5 ml1 teaspoon vanilla
470 ml2 cups gluten-free flour blend
2.5 cups certified gluten-free oat flour
5 ml1 tsp baking powder
5 ml1 tsp baking soda
1/2-3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream margarine and sugars. Add egg replacer, water and vanilla. Blend. Add dry ingredients and stir until creamy. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 min.
