Gluten-free flour mix recommendation from Susan

Jerry and I were just in Seattle, where we had a delicious brunch at Plum Bistro, a favorite vegan restaurant there. We also went to Plum Market, an offshoot in the Seattle Center near the Space Needle, where they sell some excellent baked goods that are also gluten free. I asked about the flour blend they use, and they told me about Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour. Amazon sells a 3-pound bag for $16.19 ($5.40/pound), and most of the reviews give it 5 stars. There is also some interesting information in the comments section at Amazon about how much GF flour to use if you're translating from a non GF recipe, but you probably know all about that.-----Susan B.
