My husband and I went to see "Forks Over Knives" today and came out saying, "WOW!" It was inspiring, I thought I was well informed already but was surprised at how much I learned. I recommend it highly to anyone who wants to know more about diet and health.

Saw this film recently via streaming Netflix. And I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!
It is a major factor in my decision to get serious about continuing my shift to a plant-based, whole foods diet (what some folks call vegan, though I'm not convinced that the definition of vegan has whole foods as an integral component)
