Apple Crisp (Raw!)

I wouldn't have believed you could make apple crisp without butter, sugar, and an oven, but here it is, the real thing. This was a hit at our family reunion. The Vanilla Creme Sauce is optional, but it's the cat's meow---don't miss it!
