22 Day Veg Challenge

Hello Mindful Cooks,

If you or someone you know would like some help in transitioning to a vegan diet, you might be interested in taking part in the next 22 Day Veg Challenge, brought to you by Northwest VEG. You don't need to live in the Portland area to participate, as the challenges will be delivered by email. However, if you do live in Portland, you are invited to come to any or all of the fun, informative, and free events (see below)
