Betsy Shipley, longtime member of our circle, tempeh expert, and contributor of several excellent recipes (involving tempeh!), let me know the big news: the tempeh incubator she and Gunter invented will soon come into production! I just looked at the website for this new appliance and wonder if anyone has purchased one. I'm not sure whether it's commercially available yet, but it looks like a great addition to the vegan kitchen.
